Arboretum Pavilion

The first project for studio was a pavilion for Moscow's arboretum which sits on

the South side of campus. The site lies at the top of the arboretum which has spectacular views down into the valley. The pavilion acts as a versatile structure for lectures, concerts,

weddings and receptions.

Portland

This last week we went to Portland to study their public squares, parks and fountains to give us some great ideas for an upcoming courtyard housing project. I haven't scanned any of the other sketches, but here is a sketch of one of their largest and most popular fountains.

Phase 1

I am applying to go to Rome this coming summer for a study abroad with the architecture program! Here is an in progress shot of the front page. Since it is a custom size and

thicker watercolor paper, everything in it is going to be original... I just hope I don't make a mistake that can't be fixed! Hopefully in the next week or two I will have a finished

portfolio to show :)
